Sales rep Stephen De Silva at Lexus on the park was excellent, easy to negotiate & very honest & helpful. At the very beginning itself, I advised them that I knew the invoice price thru CarCost, & then it became a matter of how much out of the margin they were willing to discount, it certainly takes the mystery out of the pricing.
