Our Sales Representative was Steve Graci. He listened, provided options and gave us the ultimate in customer service. We had many questions and he gave us the answers in a timely manner. His product knowledge was superior. He took time to not only show us the features on the new car, he took the time to let us try the features after he domonstrated them to us. We did not feel hurried or pressured to drive away with our new vehicle before we were familiar it. We would recommend Steve and Airport Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. 10++

Frank from Burlington, ON reported on Sunday, August 22, 2010, buying a 2010 Ford Focus, and saving $6,000 off of MSRP.
The car was purchased for my father who lives near the dealer. We were fortunate that the dealer had this particular model available with the equipment/options we wanted - it was the last 2010 on the lot. Due to the fact that this was the last vehicle available and inventory was difficult to locate, and with all the incentives offered by Ford we were not overly aggressive on negotiating the price. Also, the dealership did not add any fees or push options (extended warranty, rust protection, etc.) It was actually a very good purchase experience with no pressure sales. We used the wholesale report to ensure that we got all of the incentives and rebates available and to ensure that our price was competitive. This is a very useful service that I have recommended to anyone that I know is purchasing a new car. Thanks.

Look at the figures carefully. One dealer used the rebates on the retail to make it look like your were getting a deal. Get the prices broken down into car-options price so that you can compare them directly to the Car Cost Canada report. Shop around. Dont take the first offer. Often times when the salesmen thinks the deal is slipping away they will magically find some additional more money to take off or offer for your trade.
