The dealer tried to add on more fees during signing of vehicle. Just walk away if they do that. They will do something about those non existing fees.

The dealership has a standing deal of $700.00 over wholesale price for Carcost members. On the down side, dealer also charges an administration fee of $295.00 Make sure you bring printout of wholesale price report as well as e-mail printout confirmation of real-time dealer quote.

Harry from Surrey, BC reported on Thursday, May 06, 2010, buying a 2010 Kia Rondo, and saving $1,500 off of MSRP.
Good buying experience... this dealer was named in the Wholesale Price Report along with a price they would accept... took the Report in, showed it to the sales rep right up front... ended up getting a good deal with no haggling required.

Darren from Surrey, BC reported on Friday, January 04, 2008, buying a 2008 Kia Rondo, and saving $2,000 off of MSRP.
We chose the Kia Rondo based on the space available and 7 seating capacity for the price. Originally a minivan was what we were thinking about, but for about $10K less, the Rondo provided the space and seating that was adequate for our needs. The dealership had a $500 discount advertised as well as a "No GST" offer from Kia. I didn't get the wholesale price report until after I had already discussed preliminary pricing, but it did prove to me that what I was being offered was a reasonable price for both the purchaser and the dealer before finalizing the deal.

The reports were awesome. It gives the buyer a full rundown of what exactly to look for and it actually tell you how to negotiate; a starting price.
