The other Edmonton BMW dealer was not willing to offer any flexibility on price below MSRP, and the sales manager and associate were pushy and difficult. On the other hand. Mr. Francis Yu at Bavaria was very helpful and he and his sales manager were reasonable and flexible on price, within reason. The wholesale price report was used to show the dealers reps that I was serious and educated on the cost of the car, and I believe it helped to get a reasonable deal at Bavaria. |  | |
