Dealer was close to home. I was able to determine if their asking price was reasonable.

I took the wholesale report and added about 3% for profit. Then I sent an email out to whoever would beat or match my desired Price. Bolton said they would beat it by $100 and they did with no funny business attached. David was a great sales rep and the extra options manager was great as well. He gave us a great deal on undercoating/rustproofing with a life time guarantee and free touch ups/inspections.

Traded my old vehicle. Cargo volume and performance, options were strong point. Semeh was wonderful in explaining points, readily offered test drives in 2 different models. Very courteous and pleasant purchase experience. Highly recommend. Dealership convenient for servicing.

In our case, the Car Cost Canada report for the vehicle suggested contacting a particular dealer. That's who I went with, after comparing to two others. They were obviously aware of the program and gave us the best price.

The information you provided online, and the contact you provided with the dealer were excellent tools in obtaining the vehicle I wanted at a fair price.

Mariola from Mississauga, ON reported on Sunday, October 31, 2010, buying a 2010 Toyota Venza, and saving $5,000 off of MSRP.
We heavily researched the pricing of the Venza and waited until just the end of the model year to purchase. Using the CarCost Canada pricing information we wrote to 5 of our closest dealers asking whether they could do better than 2% above the dealer cost. Two of them offered to do so. However just as were rady to purchase from one of them, there was an ad in a weekend newspaper advertising an AMAZING price plus a few upgrades. We went to visit the dealer and, surprisingly, the advertised price held so we purchased the car there. Without knowing the wholsale price we would not have waited as long as we did nor would we have known what a fantastic price was being offered. We found telling the dealers we were members of Car Cost Canada made them take us much more seriously from the start and avoided all the haggling. On the negative side, Car Cost canada provided erroneous information about the Toyota purchase interest rate (4.9%) if applying the cash incentive of $2,500 - the dealer knew nothing of that rate and it was actually 5.74%.

Paul Coffey of Bolton Toyota was very responsive after my referral was sent by CarCostCanada

Janet from Nobleton, ON reported on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, buying a 2009 Toyota Venza, and saving $2,000 off of MSRP.
By using a Car Cost recommended dealership the process was simplified and shortened. We dealt with the sales manager who even pulled car cost up on his computer to show us pricing on a car we hadn't considered. They gave us incentives that hadn't yet been adviertised but were upcoming. In spite of the bad publicity for Toyota, we're happy with the car we've chosen (not one of the recalled models) and we're confident that our dealership will stand before the car they sold us. We're very glad to have used your service.

Ronnie from Brampton, ON reported on Friday, June 05, 2009, buying a 2009 Toyota Venza, and saving $3,000 off of MSRP.
I chose the Toyota Venza because of its innovations and features. Paul Coffey's Bolton Toyota is a relatively new dealership and the people are friendly. I actually went there without an appointment but Mr. Neilson still accommodated us. As soon as I mentioned Car Cost Canada with Mr. Neilson, he gave us a price that is actually a little lower than the Wholesale Price Report.
