| Bruce from Regina, SK reported on Monday, October 25, 2010, buying a 2008 Cadillac CTS, and saving $3,000 off of MSRP. The wholesale price report is an invaluable tool, especially the information about factory incentives some of which are just for the dealer. My advice; When negotiating unless they accept your offer, be prepared to walk away and let them have the last word. If they counter and you don't like their counter, don't say anything until you're getting out of your chair to walk away. New cars aren't one of a kind so 9 times out of 10 the dealer will call you in a few days with a better offer. | ![]() | |

| Blaine from Regina, SK reported on Thursday, November 26, 2009, buying a 2010 Cadillac CTS Sedan, and saving $10,000 off of MSRP. I had other vehicles serviced at this dealership with exceptional service from 1994 to 2007. They troubleshot a problem with a 2004 CTS that was not diagnosed by the selling dealership. Gregg is an exceptional sales person who I am convinced will look after me on this purchase. Dealership very open with the available discounts which are included in the above savings estimate. I used the dealer cost figures to establish a percentage over DC that I based my offer on. (The car I purchased had two options less than the one I got the report on, hence why I clicked none of the above, but still able to use the report because the car was a 3.6 liter as well) | ![]() | |

| Donald from Regina, SK reported on Sunday, May 06, 2012, buying a 2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD, and saving $10,000 off of MSRP. Dealership was surprised about the amount of information I knew about wholesale pricing... Serey said a couple of times to me that I have definitely done my research. I Actually informed the dealer about a loan term that the sales manager wasn't aware of. I purchase this truck after a dealer I have dealt with for over 11 years wasn't willing to split the difference of $500 for the sale. 2 emails and one 3 minute conversation where I told Capital I am either going to purchase a Chev or a GMC so I need to know what there bottom line price is that they are prepared to sell the vehicle. I stated the options and warranty coverage I wanted, the price I was prepared to pay and the breakdown of how I got to that price. From the information I have from Car Cost this truck was pretty much bought at cost. I did put about $3500 in accessories on it and believe they made some money on those. I sold them on the deal by two things 1 my brother just purchased a vehicle from them 2 I am a loyal customer and they will make there money in the service department end for the next 10 years or so that I own the truck. According to invoice price the dealership discounted this vehicle over $14000 inclusive of dealer incentives from factory. | ![]() | |
