At deal time I told the owner (not the salesman who helped me) that he can either show me the invoice, or else I will get one from CCC. He made some sorry story about how it will cost me $400 to get the report from CCC. I told him that it will cost $39, and said that he obviously knew the correct price. He relented and provided me with the invoice price, which I confirmed buy buying the CCC report. I would suggest that buyers get the invoice first, and have another vehicle that you could buy, so that you don't mind walking away form your first choice. After all it's just a means of transportation!! |  | |

Volvo XC60 a distant third. I have owned nothing but Volvo's up to now, but their R&D budget must have been curtailed under Ford and now Geely (Chinese)ownership. Volvo wants a premium price for very average appointments. | | |

Started negotiation by suggested we split the mark up in half, and then they added $500. Dealer and sales rep very accommodating - test drives without sales rep, didn't have you sign papers or have to give copy of licence to allow a test drive. | | |
