I was an X-Plan Member as I work for a Partner of Ford, so Invoice pricing+ Markup was more than X-Plan already. Advice: Know what you want before you sit down. At the first price given to you, GET UP and say "You're gonna have to do better than that, if you want my business!" and begin to walk away from the desk. The price will drop! Another TIP: Do NOT sign off or agree to purchase anything on your first visit, especially when they say that the offer is only valid for right now. Tell them you want the BEST price and you are going to shop around. Call or visit other dealerships, and tell they the price you were quoted. When they give you their price, go back to Original dealer and tell them what you were offered elsewhere, make them beat the price! Dan Murphy Ford in Ottawa will sell at Invoice Pricing because Ford pays them after the sale. Call them for a quote. And finally, to really piss them off and get a Rock Bottom price, tell them to give you a copy of their worksheet to review with your spouse. If they say no, Tell em that they don't want your business obviously and you will look elsewhere. As I say, That's my Surefire Solution!

My Sales Rep Mr. Faisal Haider is a great guy. I had a terrific experience with him and Nadeem who is the general Manager of the dealership. The only complaint I had at the time of the delivery was that the car was not as clean as it should be. I told Faisal and he took care of it. He called twice a few weeks after the car was delivered to make sure I was satisfied. I got the 2009 Fusion SE for my dad. I got the SEL for myself from Eastcourt Ford a few weeks prior and was not happy with my sales Rep, Mike Salehi.
