Chose this dealer because of the fact that there was no pressure applied - all questions answered, both good and bad aspects covered. We indicated at the very outset that we were members of CarCostCanada. Ian was the salesperson who first greeted us, we were happy with his approach, especially the first time when we said we were looking at different cars prior to making a decision. When we returned a few days later to make a purchase, there were no cars available in Canada that met our request. That complicated negotiating a significant reduction due to the fact that the car had to be ordered from Germany. Ian gave us a discount of $986.50 off the final price. |  | |

I asked for cost plus $500 bucks, which lead to the manager being brought in. I ended up getting cost plus 4% offered to me by the manager with a little prodding. I negotiated a further $2,000 reduction from their offer ($1,000 was a manufactuer's rebate, the other $1,000 came from the dealership). I also got the mid-range value for my trade in based on the online black book value, which is likely more than it is really worth as the paint was pretty beat up on the trade in vehicle. | | |

The only downside is that since this vehicle was fairly new to the market, it was very high in demand thus I was not able to negotiate a better deal. Overall Ian at Glenmore Audi was a very good salesman. I would buy another vehicle from them again. I have used reports twice in the last few years and have saved thousands of dollars. The MB GL320 or the Q7. We wanted something comfortable, that had space for luggage, our large dog, and could tow our 5500lb boat. I can't really recommend Glenmore Audi but we only have 2 choices in Calgary. I would definitely pick a different sales person. PDI was incomplete, and we weren't told until we queried a week later. Appointments were delayed on every occasion. The vehicle is missing mud guards and is still missing mud guards and it's been over a month that we've been waiting. Although the AUDI seems to be a good product, the dealer in this case has been a disappointment. |  | |
