This dealer is honest, I could tell they did not lie about the price abased on CCC report.

Herbert from Kelowna, BC reported on Friday, April 10, 2009, buying a 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid, and saving $500 off of MSRP.
Toyota Dealers are extremely hard to "deal" with. In any other business you would call it price fixing but here it is merely MSRP. The report meant little to any of the Toyota Dealers and a local dealer (Kelowna) even commented that I wasted my money on the report because Toyota has only one price. I did manage to get a bit of a deal in Surrey. They seemed a little more eager to have my business.

XANG from Surrey, BC reported on Tuesday, January 03, 2012, buying a 2011 Toyota RAV4, and saving $2,500 off of MSRP.
I proposed a 4.5% profit margin over the invoice and sent out to multiple Toyota dealers, and only Jim Pattison Surrey accepted without any back and forth negotiation. I later traded my old vehicle as well (a 2001 GM Cavalier with 151,000 KMs on it). The sales rep is good overall, courtesy and professional and they even allowed me to use my credit card to pay $10000, which translates to a $200 credit card reward for me.

Nana from Surrey, BC reported on Friday, July 03, 2009, buying a 2009 Toyota RAV4, and saving $1,500 off of MSRP.
I chose this vehicle as it was rated #1 by Consumer Report; the cargo space was the largest vs. comparable vehicles; and the 4-cylinder engine was very "peppy" versus comparable vehicles. I chose JP Toyota in Surrey as I emailed all the Toyota dealerships in B.C. asking who would like my business. In the email, I informed them that I obtained a report from this website and the price I was willing to pay (4% above the wholesale price). I sent the emails out in mid-month knowing I wanted to buy by the end of the month... dealerships will deal more near the end of the month as they need to make sales (September is good to buy as next year's models are arriving and they need to get rid of the current stock). Mid-month is good as it gives you enough time to receive replies to your emails and negotiate. JP Toyota countered my offer with a better one!!!! I didn't even have to negotiate that hard since I had the report from CarCostCanada. No other dealership could beat it!!!! We did all negotiating through email and then met to finalize the deal. It's much easier doing it this way so I didn''t have to drive to all the dealerships.
