| NETHERY from rr#1 Trenton, ON reported on Friday, November 06, 2009, buying a 2010 Ford Edge, and saving $4,000 off of MSRP. By simply applying the pricincipal of a 3% dealer profit I was able to walk in with a pre-determined amount I was willing to pay. I told the sales rep I used Car cost Canada, and he came up with an amount almost identical to mine. | ![]() | |

| Monique from Brighton, ON reported on Thursday, December 04, 2008, buying a 2008 Ford Ranger, and saving $6,000 off of MSRP. We had been shopping for a used Ford Ranger, but when we saw Ford's ad that was offering a new Ranger Sport for slightly more than we were considering paying for a used one, we decided to investigate. We chose the dealer because they are local to us. Since Ford was offering up to $6000 off the regular retail price for this model anyway, so we really didn't feel the need to negotiate a lower price. Once we generated the Car Cost Canada report, it confirmed that we were getting a great price on the "last one on the lot" which also included about $700 in extra features. We are happy we discovered Car Cost Canada, and although we didn't do too much hard bargaining this time, the report really helped us several years ago when we used it to save thousands on the car we bought. | ![]() | |
