Did not like how the warranty options were presented only after we stated we would buy the vehicle. Having a warning would have made that conversation more comfortable.

I chose the car based on my growing family's need. We replaced our two-door car with a four-door wagon. We chose our dealer based on them being willing to sell the car for $2000 less than another dealer.

I appreciated Marco's manner a lot, he was lovely in many ways through much of the process, but the actual sales process song and dance in negotiating the price was very negative. If you don't want to move on your listed price just say so. They have a price listed on their web site, but started with a higher price just to make it seem like you are negotiating down to the price that was originally listed, so in fact, they don't have to move on their pricing.
