The original salesman I talked to wasn't familiar with CarCost Canada and was rather irritated that I knew the dealer cost and what factory to dealer incentives there were that month. After walking away from this rude individual i called the sales manager the next day to give them another opportunity for my business since I'd purchased two vehicles from them.
