We were familiar with the dealership as we had used their service department prior to purchasing there. We were well-received when we called and treated well and respectfully during the negotiation process, in contrast to our treatment at another Ford dealership. After our previous experience, we did not show our CCC report here, but the salesman was aware that we had done a lot of prior work (including extensive on-line research, had edmunds.com report with us also)and that we were referring to the information we had with us. We knew what we wanted prior to visiting the dealership. No pressure to buy or to close the deal quickly. Left alone to discuss counter-offer. Invoice shown to us.
